1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any Sitarao service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Pakistani law.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Sitarao reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on Sitarao constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed when:

• Payment method is verified (COD eligibility)
• Product is available in stock
• Delivery address is serviceable
• You receive an order confirmation notification

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan
• Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout

5. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is 100% accurate. If a product is not as described, you may return it as per our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch free of charge
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible (return policy applies)
• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch get a full refund
• Sitarao reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock or pricing issues

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our services
• Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Sitarao — logos, text, images, code — is the exclusive property of Sitarao. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Sitarao may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use them at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

Sitarao reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
