At Sitarao, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy across Pakistan.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product if:

• Product is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• Product is significantly different from description
• Product has missing parts or accessories

2. Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery date to initiate a return request. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products used, washed, or altered
• Intimate wear and personal care products
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Digital products or gift cards

4. How to Return

1. Initiate Request: Go to your Profile → Orders → Select the order → Click "Return"
2. Provide Details: Upload product photos and describe the issue
3. Approval: Our team reviews within 24 hours and approves eligible returns
4. Pickup: We arrange free pickup from your address
5. Inspection: Product is inspected upon arrival at our warehouse
6. Refund: Refund is processed within 5-7 working days after inspection

5. Refund Methods

• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund in cash or bank transfer
• Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
• Store Credit: Optional — get 10% extra as store credit

6. Return Shipping

For eligible returns (damaged/wrong product), Sitarao covers return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. You can place a new order for a different product while your return is processed.

8. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:

• Take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Do not use or alter the product
• Keep original packaging intact

10. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — return policy applies.
