At Sitarao, we're committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and charges.

1. Delivery Time

• Lahore: 1-2 business days
• Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days
• Other major cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.

2. Delivery Coverage

Sitarao delivers to 50+ cities across Pakistan, including:

3. Delivery Charges

• Flat Delivery Fee: Rs 150 across Pakistan
• Free Delivery: On orders above Rs 3,000 (selected cities)
• Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Sitarao offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You can pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep. No advance payment required.

Note: COD may not be available for high-value orders or remote areas. Our team will inform you if this applies.

5. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed next business day
• Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed next working day
• You will receive an SMS/email confirmation once your order is dispatched

6. Order Tracking

Track your order in real-time:

• Go to your Profile → Orders
• Click on the specific order to see tracking updates
• You'll receive SMS updates at each delivery milestone

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier will attempt delivery 2 times
• If both attempts fail, order is returned to our warehouse
• You can reschedule delivery by contacting support
• Repeated delivery failures may result in COD restrictions

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged package
• We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund

9. International Shipping

Currently, Sitarao only ships within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

10. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and M&P to ensure reliable delivery across Pakistan.
